During my Christmas stay, I found two great aspects that made my experience a little better. First of all, the location was key. It is far from the highway, which guarantees a peaceful night's sleep. it was close to two famous markets, which offered a great shopping experience. the room was clean and tidy. To add, I enjoyed the complementary breakfast that they offered.

During our stay, there was a hotel closure and we were forced to move to another hotel which was not up to our standards. The staff, especially the receptionist, was not very warm and welcoming.
